20. Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:
How to Request a Return/Refund
1.    Contact Us
o    Notify us via email upon delivery of defective or incorrect items.
o    Include: 
    A detailed description of the issue
    Clear photos or videos
2.    Return Instructions
o    Service hours: 
    Weekdays: 08:30–16:30 SAST
    Saturday: 09:30–17:00 SAST
o    Do not return items without approval. Unauthorized returns incur a 50% fee.
3.    Shipping the Item
o    Return unused items in original packaging with tags intact.
o    Buyer covers return shipping costs.
o    Provide tracking number and proof of return.
4.    Resolution
o    Refunds or exchanges processed within 7–15 business days after inspection.
Return Conditions
•    Eligible: Unworn, unwashed, uncut, unstyled items with tags
•    Non-Returnable: Customized orders, final sale items, used items
Fees & Deductions
•    R400 restocking fee for buyer-requested returns
•    R400 fee for refused/undeliverable parcels
•    No fees for defective/incorrect items
Cancellations
•    Allowed within 2 hours of payment
•    R400 fee for personal cancellations
•    No cancellations after shipping

21.Lay-By Policy
Prospera Beauty offers a 3-month lay-by option to make shopping more flexible.

Duration: Lay-bys are valid for 3 months from the date of the first payment.

Payments: Equal monthly installments must be made on or before the due date each month.

Amendments: Lay-by orders can only be amended within 14 days (2 weeks) of placing the order. After this period, no changes are allowed.

Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed. If you are unable to complete payments, the amount paid will be converted into store credit only. No cash refunds will be given.

Collection/Delivery: Orders will only be released once the full lay-by balance is paid.
